Positive Outcomes (success) takes work and being accountable. Positive Outcomes Professor can serve as your

accountability coach, holding clients accountable for implementing strategies / SYSTEMS to achieve desired goals.

Lack of Time

I already have a busy schedule. How can I fit coaching or course work into my already demanding routine?

We all have the same 24 hours in a day. For those with a very demanding schedule, coaching and coursework can

seem like just one more thing to add to the schedule. It can be daunting. That is why Positive Outcomes Professor

can offer some degree of scheduling flexibility. First, potential clients must ask themselves what would their ideal

coaching schedule be? How much time does the potential client have to implement the strategies learned? Then,

with those questions answered, it is time for a FREE 30-minute discussion with the Positive Outcomes Professor.

Investment Concerns

Is the cost of the coaching or course justified by the potential benefits? Will I get a good Return On

Investment?

The cost of education through coaching and courses will always provide a great Return On Investment as long

as the client invests himself/herself in learning and applying the strategies learned. Coaching is an investment,

both of finances and time and effort. Potential clients may find that the fees for coaching and courses from

Positive Outcomes Professor are at the lower end of the fee scale for in comparison with other programs.


Applicability

Will the concepts and skills taught in the coaching or course be directly applicable to my specific industry, role, and

challenges?

For coaching and/or courses to be specifically applicable to a potential client’s needs, a questionnaire must be

completed and a FREE, no obligation 30-minute discussion is required to see how we can work together. If the

Positive Outcomes Professor feels that she cannot help a potential client achieve the desired goals, we will not work

together.

Lack of Personalization

Will the coaching or course take into account my unique strengths, weaknesses, and goals, or is it a one-size-fits-all

approach?

In a word: ABSOLUTELY! We start with a completion of aquestionnaire and a FREE 30-minute discussion of

strengths, weaknesses, and goals to determine how we can work together to help achieve the desired goals.

Accountability

How will the coaching or course ensure that I stay on track and accountable for implementing the lessons and ​strategies?

Both the coaching programs and the courses come with email contact each week. Your Positive Outcomes

Professor will be available for checking in to be certain you are doing your part to remain accountable.

Confidentiality

Will my personal and professional information be kept confidential and secure throughout the coaching or

course?

Confidentiality is of primary importance. Personal information is never shared or sold.

their field?

Your Positive Outcomes Professor, KimAlyse Popkave, holds a M.Ed. degree in Speech Communication & Theatre

Arts from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania (Now Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania, Bloomsburg).

KimAlyse is an accomplished leader with more than 30 years’ experience as a professor, developing and

implementing courses customized to reach specific objectives. Her specialties include strategic communication,

strategic leadership, and student success. She has taught in a variety of academic settings, from Pre-K and K-12,

university courses at Penn State University and various Community Colleges, as well as in corrections education for

both the Federal Correction system and the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

YES and NO. All education can disrupt one’s thinking and propel one out of one’s comfort zone, if that is what it

takes to move forward and achieve positive outcomes. The “safety net” is that Positive Outcomes Professor

provides you with an accountability partner to help keep you on track and alleviate the fear.

support?

Ongoing email support during the coaching and courses comes with the package.
